These terms apply to orangeteddybear.com, your Teddybase account and the apps of Orange Teddybear, such as Freya (together: "the services"). By creating an account or using the services, you accept these terms. Some apps have extra terms of their own; where they differ, the app's terms apply.
1. Test phase: use at your own risk
Our apps are in a test phase. They are free and offered "as is", without any guarantee:
features can contain errors, change or disappear;a service can be unavailable for a while;data can be lost.
You use the services at your own risk. Don't use them as the only place for anything you can't afford to lose, and export your data regularly where the app allows it.
We do our best to keep your data safe and to prevent leaks: connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, we make backups and access is limited. But we can't promise that nothing will ever go wrong. If something does go wrong with your data, we'll tell you as soon as possible.
2. Your accountKeep your login details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens with your account.Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.You can ask us to delete your account at any time via support@orangeteddybear.com.3. Your content
What you put into our apps stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as far as needed to run the services. You make sure you're allowed to use that content and that it isn't unlawful.
4. Fair use
Don't use the services to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, to send spam, to try to reach other people's data, or to overload or attack the services. If you do, we may suspend your access, with a warning first where that's reasonable.
5. Feedback
We'd love your feedback. We may use it freely to improve the services without owing you anything for it.
6. Prices
The services are currently free. If we introduce prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you'll never pay without agreeing to it first.
7. Liability
Because the services are free test versions, we are not liable for any damage caused by using them or by them being unavailable. That includes lost data, missed deadlines and lost profit. This doesn't apply where the law doesn't allow it, such as damage caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.
8. Changes and ending
We may change or stop the services, or these terms. We announce important changes at least 30 days in advance, by e-mail or in the app, so you have time to export your data or stop using the service.
9. Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law says otherwise. If one part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.
